摘要
本文从时间生理学的角度,探讨免疫系统的生理节律。在稳定的环境条件下,小鼠外周血白细胞总数及其各类细胞均存在着昼夜节律,其峰值位于从下午至傍晚的时点。血清白蛋白和球蛋白含量周期性涨落的位相,与白细胞相似。反映机体体液免疫和细胞免疫功能的两个指标,特异性抗绵羊红细胞抗体(IgG)的含量和T淋巴细胞酸性小醋酸茶酯酸的活性,也呈昼夜性波动。免疫系统昼夜节律的揭示,对于深入理解免疫本质、指导生理实验和临床检验、制定合理的免疫治疗方案,都具有重要的理论和实际意义。
This paper deals with the physiological rhythms in the immune system.In mice circadianrhythms were found in the total number of white blood cell(WBC) and its classifications,with acrophases inevening hours,Rhythmic phases of the serum albumin and globulins were similar to that of WBC.The amountof specific antibOdy(lgG)and the activity of α-ANAE also showed rhythmic variation. The establishment ofcircadian rhythms in the immune system is of great significance in understanding of the immunological natureand in guidance of physiological and clinical experiments.
