摘要
给出了980t/h直流锅炉燃料自动调节系统的一种新型的设计方案,并对此系统进行了分析,引入局部反馈信号的纯滞后补偿环节,改善了调节对象的动态特性,使系统能快速消除扰动,提高了系统的调节质量;加入前馈补偿,提高了负荷适应能力。对该系统进行了仿真实验,获得了理想的调节效果。
A new design scheme of fuel autoregulatinn system for 980t/h once-through boiler is presented and analyzed. Because introducing the the delay of compensating segment of the local feedback signal, the dynamic characteristics are improved and the disturbance of the system can be deleted fast, then, the regulating quality of the system is increased. Adding the feedforwordcompensation to the system can improve the load adaption ability. The simulating test for the system is performed the satisfactory regulating results are obtained.
