摘要
采用正交设计,以一种进口缓释片为对照,研制了双氯芬酸钠控释包衣片剂。其体外溶出符合零级速率方程,释药速率力3mg/h,与对照制剂相当,其释药受pH及转速的影响,衣膜增重百分比的倒数与释药速率成较好的线性关系(r=0.9988),批内及批间释药重现性良好。
On the basis of the imported sustained-release tablets TAKS,controlled-release tablets of diclofenac sodium (CRD) were developed by means of orthogonal design.The dissolutfon of CRD was best described by zeroorder kinetic equation with release rate of 3 mg/h,and there was no significant difference between CRD and TAKS.Release rate of CRD was affected by PH value of delivery medium and rotation speed-There was linear relationship between the release rate and the reciprocal of percentage weight increase of film coating (r=0.9988).There appeared to be insignificant difference within and between three batches of CRD.
