摘要
盐酸普罗帕酮在pH7.0的乙醇-水介质中进行测定,激发光波长323nm,发射光波长418nm.在1~60μg/ml浓度范围内,荧光强度与浓度呈线性关系.最低检测浓度0.04μg/ml。本法测定成本低,选择性好,灵敏度高。
Propafenone hydrochloride was determined in PH 7.0 BrittonRobinson buffer solution with excitation wavelength of 323nm and emission wavelength of 418nm. The detection limit was 0.04μg/ml, and the concentration range of linearity response was 1.0~60.0μg/ml.
