摘要
盐酸普罗帕酮在ｐＨ７．０的乙醇－水介质中进行测定，激发光波长３２３ｎｍ，发射光波长４１８ｎｍ．在１～６０μｇ／ｍｌ浓度范围内，荧光强度与浓度呈线性关系．最低检测浓度０．０４μｇ／ｍｌ。本法测定成本低，选择性好，灵敏度高。
Propafenone hydrochloride was determined in PH 7.0 BrittonRobinson buffer solution with excitation wavelength of 323nm and emission wavelength of 418nm. The detection limit was 0.04μg/ml, and the concentration range of linearity response was 1.0～60.0μg/ml.
