摘要
首次进行的千吨级工业生产溶液丁苯橡胶（ＳＳＢＲ）投料成功，其产品性能和微观结构均达到国外同类产品Ｓｄｐｒｅｎｅ１２０４的水平。试生产表明，共聚合的配方和工艺条件成熟，工艺操作稳定，采用顺丁橡胶凝聚后处理工艺及设备，可以满足ＳＳＢＲ的汽提、干燥的要求。生产过程的三废可达到排放标准。
The solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber(SSBR)in a l kt/a plant was successfully put into operation. Its product had similar properties and micro structure of Solprene 1204.The trial production showed that the formulation and process conditions of copolymerization were ripe and process was stable. Using the post treatment process and equpments the demands of stripping and drying of SSBR could be satisfied.The wastes from the production reached the disposal standard.
