摘要 本文介绍硼氢化钾作为选择性还原剂应用于新香料的合成,它具有反应单一、副反应少、反应速度快、产率高、反应条件温和、操作简便等优点。对柑青醛、甲基柑青醛、紫罗兰酮等还原为相应醇类的新香料作了试验研究,便于工业上生产应用。 The synthesis of new aroma chemicals by using potassium borohydride as a selective reductant is reported. It has the advantages of better selectivity, less side reactions, higher reaction rate, higher yield, mild reaction condition and easy processing. The reduction of 《myrac aldehyde》, 《precyclemone B》 and ionone to corresponding new aroma chemicals of alcohol has been studied. This method is industrally applicable.
