摘要
矿产资源的开发利用,是国民经济发展的基础。如何实现对资源的合理开发,而又尽量小地对地质环境造成损害,是环境经济的重要研究内容。本文从资源开发与地质环境之间相互关系出发,建立了分析评价指标体系和评价模型,就区域矿产资源开发过程中的地质环境质量损益的经济评价提出了自己的看法。
Mineral resources exploitation is the basis of national economic development. It is the important content of environmental economy how to exploit mineral resources and reduce the damage of geological environment. According to the relationship between geological environment and mine exploitation ,index and model have been made, and some basic thoughts concerning how to evaluate ecnonmic profits or losses of geological environment by mine exploitation have also been delivered in this paper.
