摘要
介绍了Mo纳米晶的制备过程及用自动扫描量热法(DSC)测量热学参数的结果在实验基础上,用计算机对比热曲线进行数学模拟,确定热力学函数,探讨结构相变问题.
In this paper,the preparation of Mo nanopartiele and its measurement about it thermal flux amount varity with temperature were introduced. Based on the experiment,mathermatical simulation of specific heat curve has been made by the method which is three POints and two insert values,the relation whichits--entropy varity with temperature has been given. The results are:In heating,Mo nanoparticles happenphase transition;Within the limits of same temperatures, structure orderization has been appeared. Within the limits of same temperature higher than 225℃,Mo nanoparticle release heat move than absorb heat when it is heated and its temperature rised.
