摘要
目前,我国对皮张消毒仍多采用环氧乙烷熏蒸法。因为环氧乙烷易燃、易爆,所以希望寻找一种更为理想的消毒方法取而代之。电离辐射灭菌在食品、药品及医疗用品消毒与灭菌上已广泛应用,为了解它对皮张的消毒效果,确定有效的辐照剂量,我们做了钴-60辐照消毒皮张的实验研究,现将结果报告如下。
The D values of Co-60 irradiation of Bacillus anthracoides(8008)spore, predominant bacteria of sheepskin and cattlehide were estimated in laboratory to be 1.53 kGy, 0.31 kGy and 0.18 kGy respectively. The hide irradiated with 15.3 kGy could achieve satisfactory disinfection. The dose could reduce the spores of B. anthracoides in suspension from 10~7/ml to safety assurance level of 10^(-3). It was demonstrated in experiment that the efficacy of above mentioned irradiation dose is reliable for hide disinfection.
