二氧化氯是一种杀菌效能较强的消毒剂,应用日渐广泛。测定溶液中二氧化氯含量,一般采用碘量法或改进的DPD(N,N-diethyl-p-phenylene-diamine)法。当二氧化氯溶液中含有次氯酸或亚氯酸盐时。
Chlorine dioxide is commonly considered as a disinfectant for water treatment. Iodometry and DPD method are currently used for the determination of concentration of chlorine dioxide. The values obtained with iodometry and DPD method usually higher than the actual level of chlorine dioxide when the solution of chlorine dioxide contains hyperchlorous acid and chlorite. It would be highly desirable to develop a more accurate method for the determination of chlorine dioxide of high concentration in actual use. The paper reports a eolorimetric method for the determination of chlorine dioxide at levels from 0.5 to 5.0 rag/L. It is based on the principle of color reaction of chlorine dioxide reacting with tyrosine.
