摘要
根据美国ＮＩＳＴ“计量保证方案”原理，提出国防科工委光学计量一级站“光谱光度０．２５～２．５μｍ范围内透射比量值传递的计量保证方案”的方案，并用此原理和统计学原理详细讨论具体实施方法。
The metrological assurance program for internal transmission ratio delivery in the spectrometric range of 0. 25 - 2. 5μm' for National Defence Committee of Science and Technology is derived from the principle of U. S. NIST 'Meedogical Assurance Program'. The concrete implementation is discussed in details with the above principle and statictics.
