摘要
本文在分析矩形双曲度扁壳车身顶盖的抗凹性试验结果的基础上,研究了成形条件对抗凹性的影响规律。取集中载荷和挠度关系曲线第一段的斜率作为双曲度覆盖件抗凹性的一个评估指标,并从固体力学薄扁壳理论基本方程出发,给出了在小挠度情况下,载荷和挠度的理论关系,其线性系数K即为抗凹性系数的理论值,与各种成形条件下试验曲线第一阶段的斜率K'基本符合。
n the basis of analysing results of the denting resistance for shallow panel with double curvature,the paper has studied the effect of forming condition on the denting resistance. The slope of concentrated force-deflection curve in first stage is taken as a evaluating coefficient for the denting resistance of panel. Based on the shallow shell basis equations, the relation of force vs denection is given out theoretically. The calculated coefficient of the curve can be taken as the theoretical value of denting resistance coefficient, which is fairly in agreement with the one of experiment.
