摘要
给出了梯度功能材料的定义并介绍了其研究的背景和进展。分析了几种典型成形模具的工作条件及不同成形工艺对模具材料的使用要求。讨论了根据使用条件开发先进梯度模具材料的可行性和展望。
definition of functionally gradient materials (FGM) is given.The background and developmentsin the study are introduced. Using conditions of several typical dies and the requirements for used die materials in different forming processes are analyzed. The feasibility and prospects of developing advanced functionally gradient die materials based on using conditions are discussed.
