摘要
He-Ne、CO2和YAG激光对花生幼苗期的生长有刺激作用,但60Co-γ射线对花生幼苗期的生长有一定的抑制作用;He-Ne和CO2激光处理的L1植株总果数和饱果数均比对照增多,但N2激光和60Co-γ射线处理的L1值株的总果数和饱果数均比对照减少;He-Ne、N2、CO2激光和60Co-γ射线能诱发花生根尖细胞染色体畸变,且畸变率随辐照剂量的增大而上升;He-Ne、N2、CO2激光和60Co-γ射线所诱发花生的变异性状是可以向继代遗传的。
He-Ne. CO2 and YAG laser had Promoting effect to the groing of Peanut, but 60Co-γ ray had Some inhibition to the growimg of Peanut seedling. The total number and Plu-mp fruits number of L1Peanut handling with ray of He-Ne and CO2 were more than Peanut without handling, but they reduced with N2-laser and 60Co-γ ray handling, Laser of He-Ne、N2、CO2and 60Co-γ ray could induce the chromosome Variation of Peanut tip cell, and the Variation rate increased with the increasing amount of frradiation. The Specificity come from variation could be inberitted.
