摘要
运用三维流场软件包对太钢连铸机中间包内的流场分布进行研究。从钢水流动说明太钢中间包的设计方案对于实际生产比较合理,有利于钢水温度和浓度均匀,并对钢中夹杂物的形成和上浮非常有利。
Distribution of flow field inside the tundish of the continuous caster at Taiyuan Iron& Steel Corp was investigated using the software package of the 3 dimension flow field. The flowing of hot metal in the tests demonstrates that the designing scheme for the tundish at Taiyuan Steel Works is more reasonable for the practical production and advantageous to the uniform distribution of hot metal temperatures and density and particularly to the formation and floating of inclusions in steel.
