摘要
本文用高效液相色谱法以C18反相色谱柱,紫外吸收检测器检测,研究了在不同组成的流动相洗脱下,一氯苯酚(MCP)、三氯苯酚(TCP)和五氯苯酚(PCP)的分离,确定以甲醇:四氢呋喃(THF):磷酸盐缓冲体系=90:5:5(pH=4.90)作流动相时,其分离效果最佳,并实验了流速变化对三种酚分离的影响。
Separation of O-monochlorophenol(MCP), 2,4,5-trichlorophenol(TCP)and pentachlorophenol(PCP) with a C18 column and an UV-VIS detector was investigated. The results showed that the optimum composition of the mobile phase was vmethanol : vtetrahydrofuran : vphosphate buffer=90 : 5 : 5(pH = 4.9) without gradient elution, the effect of flow rate on peak shapes of MCP,TCP and PCP was also studied.
