摘要
草莓灰霉菌(BotrytiscinereaPersoon)在25℃,pH4的Peberdy培养基中静置培养10天达到生长高峰。产毒高峰期为静置培养20天。该毒素经高温灭菌后,毒力基本不变,但其氯仿提取液的光吸收特征峰稍有变化。低温保存一年的斜面菌种,产毒能力明显下降。接种实验证明,所产毒素对草莓果实有致病能力。
Cultured quitly for 10 days in peberdy、liquid medium(pH4),the Botrytis cinerea Persoon could reach its growth peak at 25 ℃ The hightest toxicity of culturefiItrates occurred on twentieth davs and it did not.Change after autoclaving,but theabsomtion peak of the toxin extracted with chloroform was less changed.The toxin一pro-duced ability of this strain would obviouslv come down when it was reserved for one yearunder low temperature。 Inoculation test indicated that this kind of toxin had pathogenicityfor the strawberry fruits。
