摘要
本文就火车轮毛坯检测线中的尺寸检测工位的机械设计进行分析和计算.经过设计制造调试和现场工作运行,已经充分验证了该设计原理正确、机构结构合理、安全可靠,以及高的检测效率.为多参数超重以及毛坯公差特别大的类型零件的自动检测提供了设计经验.
This paper makes an analysis and calculstion of the design of woring positions for dimensional ganging in detection line of train wheel blank.After being deigned,manufactured,regulated, and operated on the spot, the detection line has been fully proved to be correct in design theory, reasonable in mechanical structure, safe and relisble in use, and high in detection efficiency. This poper also provides some design experience for the automatic deduction of multi-parameter overweight and extra-large tolerance blank types of spare parts.
