塔里木盆地有丰富的油气资源。随着油气田的开发,设想在2010年前后建成我国的氮肥生产基地,每年利用塔里木盆地40亿m ̄3天然气,建设14套每套为30万t/a合成氨和50万t/a尿素生产装置,年产600~700万t尿素以代替目前每年进口尿素,每年可节省外汇10多亿美元。以天然气为原料生产合成氨、尿素,较之重油或煤焦可节省投资约50%~100%;按引进国外技术和成套设备,约需总投资为280亿元,如立足国产化投资可降为168亿元,即节约40%左右。文中较详细地介绍了国产化方案的设想。
s:The Talimu Basin,with an area of 560 ,000km ̄2,in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Re-gion,is possessed of plenty resources of petroleum and natural gas.The amount of the theoretical re-sources of the Talimu Basin ,recently assessed by the authorities concerned is 19.2 billion tons ofpetroleum equivalent. Among which,petroleum is 10.8 billion tons and natural gas is 8,400 billioncubic meters. Owing to the low degree of exploration work,the amount of the verified reserves is small now.In Xinjing,the writers suggest that by the end of 2000 it be nice to build chemical fertilizer plantswith capacities of 600 ,000t/a NH_3 and 1,000,000t/a urea. And around year 2010,it will construct14 units each unit consists of 300,000t/a NH_3 and 500, 000t/a urea。The totol capecity of ureareachcs 7 million tons per year. We will plan to increase 50 billion kilogran1s of grain from present tothe year 2 0 0 0.One of the main measures is to apply more chemical fertilizer and to raise the grainyield per unit.The experts concerned estimate that about 40%of the rise in yield for grain is due tothe appllcation of chemical fertilizer.The writers suggest to adopt vigorous measures for the utilizationof natural gas of Talimu Basin ,forming a urea production base,is an event of existing significance. Tochoose natural gas as the raw material for ammonia and urea production is the best way as comparedwith other raw materials,like coal or oil products.The natural gas shared out 80% of the total pre-duction of ammonia in 1990 of the worid.The investment ratios constructing a 300,000t/a NH_3 and 520,000t/a urea plant using different raw materiais natural gas,heavy oil and coal are 1:1.5:2reapectiuely. And if we use the domestic products of the complete sets of equipment for producting am-monia and urea ,it may save 4 0% of the total in vestment.The total investment,building chemicalplants with the capacity of 7 million tons of urea per year,estimated by the writers,is 16.8 billionRmb roughly. It is equal to 70%of the foreign exchange used to import fertillzers in 1992.The writ-ers describe the technical process and equipment of domestic products to preduce ammonia and uera indetail.It is nice to build a pilot plant in an existing ammonia plant,test and verify the process and do-mestic equipment step by step.
