摘要
在GY-2捕收剂的基质中加入适量的无机电解质或含中性分子的物质,可降低捕收剂的临界胶束浓度(CMC),提高药剂的活性,增强低温条件下药剂对矿物的捕收能力。研究表明,GY-2捕收剂在浮选温度为10℃时所得萤石选别指标与油酸在浮选温度为35℃时的指标相近,且GY-2捕收剂在6.5~15℃范围内均表现出良好的捕收性能。
Addition of an appropriate amount of inorganic electrolyte or substance con-taining neutral molecules to the matrixes of GY-2 collector can reduce the critical micelleconcentration of the collector, improving its activity and ability of collecting minerals at lowsettlement velocity. The study shows that the separation results obtained with the collectorat 10 ℃ are close to those obtained with oleic acid at 35 ℃. The collector has good collectingproperty in the range of 6.5~15℃.
