摘要
本文用能特异标记福尔马林固定、石蜡包埋组织中的T、B细胞及组织细胞的三种单克隆抗体(UCHL1、L26及Mac387),对20例尸解恶性组织细胞增生症进行免疫组化染色,结果发现有18例为UCHL1确切阳性。结果表明恶组其实绝大部分为T细胞源性肿瘤,而真正的恶组非常罕见。
For several decades, the malignant histiocytosis (MH) had been regarded as a tumor that was derived from histiocyte. Recently, a few authors considered that the MH was a lymphocyte - derived tumor. In our research, the lymphocytes and histiocytes were labelled by ABC immunohistochemical method with three monoclonal antibodies that are specific for T cell (UCHL1), B cell (L26) and histiocyte (Mac387) in formalin - fixed paraffin -embedded tissue sections respectively. It was found that 18 out of 20 cases of MH on autopsy were positively stained with UCHL1. This result demonstrates that the so -called MH is in fact a T -lineage tumor, and the true MH is very rare.
