摘要
定量描叙生物时间序列的数学模型：ｆ（ｔ）＝Ｍ＋Ａｃｏｓ（ωｔ＋ ），包括参数的可信限估计和有效性的假设检验，并通过具体的实例分析，讨论余弦法在择时运动训练中的应用。
t was introduced in the paper that the mathematical model,(t)=M+Acos(ωt+),the parameter estimation and test of the hypothesis,which were employed to describe the biological timeseries quantitatively. The application of Cosinor into Sports training was discussed by mean of an actualexample.
