自制“钢筋水泥”人工椎体修复椎体肿瘤切除后骨缺损 被引量:24

摘要 1989~1993年作者对6例椎体肿瘤施行了肿瘤切除,“钢筋水泥”人工椎体修复骨缺损。肿瘤类别:转移瘤3例,原发瘤3例。肿瘤部位:颈椎3例,胸椎2例,腰椎1例。术前全瘫1例,不全瘫2例。术后截瘫完全恢复1例,大部分恢复1例,部分恢复1例。“钢筋水泥”人工椎体的制作是取3根斯氏针用钢丝缠绕捆绑,在其外用骨水泥包裹、塑形,作成所需椎体大小。全部人工椎体均是在手术台上根据骨缺损范围临时制作,故大小合适,制作快速简便,置入牢固稳定。 AbstractFrom 1989 to 1993,6 patients with tumors ofthe vertebral body were treated with resection.The defects following surgery were filled with ar-tificial vertebral bodies made by immediate model-ing of bone cement.There were 3 primary bonetumors and 3 metastatic lesions which involved thecervical vertebrae in 3 cases,the thoracic in 2 andthe lumbar in 1. Complete paraplegia occurred in 1case and incomplete paraplegia in 2 cases. The ar-tificial vertebral body was made of bone cementwith three Steinmann’s pins in the center. The de-vice was made during surgery on the operationtable. The two ends of the protruded pins were in-serted into the adjacent upper and lower normalvertebrae. Fully recovery of the paraplegia wasseen in 3 cases following the operation. Nearlycomplete and partial recovery of the paraplegiawas seen in 1 case respectively.This device of ar-tificial vertebral body is easy to prepare,well fit inthe defect area and stable.
