摘要
Courtot 4 phlb、Courtot 2 phlb、Courotot与 Ae.variabilis杂种F_1平均每PMC在MI染色体交叉数(Xta)分别为15.18、11.62、1.67。杂种F_1育性极差,自交不结实。Courtot 4phlb、Courtot 2 phlb与Ae.variabilis杂种F_1回交难,回交结实率仅分别为0.13%、1.66%;BC_1植株染色体少,93.1%的植株为2n=35-44,且减数分裂行为极不规则。在2phlb×Ae.variabilis×2phlb×Ph×Ph BC_3群体中可获遗传性较稳定、育性较正常、对 M.naasi抗性一致的重组系或易位系。而Courtot×Ae.variabilis杂种F_1回交较易成功(6.81%)。93.8%的BC_1植株染色体数变化在2n=47-56,BC_3中仅获抗M.naasi单体附加系。
The PMC of F1 hybrids between Courtot 4phlb (4phlb), Courtot 2phlb (2phlb), Courtot (Ph) and Ae. variabilis had 15.18 Xta, 11.62 Xta and 1.67 Xta at meiotic metaphase I respectively. The F1 hybrid between Courtot 4phlb, Courtot 2phlb and Ae. variabilis was very difficult to backcross; the seed set was 0.13% and 1.66% respectively. The chromosome number of BC1 plants was very low; and that of 93.1% of the plants, with extremely irregular meioticbehaviour, was 2n= 35-44. But in the BC3 population of 2phlb×Ae. variabilis×2phlb×Ph×Ph, recombination or translocation lines 2n = 42, 21II, with comparatively normal meiotic behaviour, fertility and homogeneous resistance to M. naasi were obtained. However, F1 hybrid of Courtot×Ae. variabilis was easily backcrossed (6.8%). The chromosome number of 93.8% of BC1 plants varied from 47 to 56. Only some addition lines, resistant to M. nassi, were produced in the BC3 population.
