摘要
教育实习是师范教育的重要组成部分，是学生从事教育、教学工作能力的初步锻炼和加强理论联系实际的重要途径。根据指导学生教育实习的亲身体会，指出抓好思想教育是搞好教育实习的先决条件；实习生的教学效果及班主任工作的优劣，是衡量教育实习效果的重要准则；指导教师须根据具体情况，把教书育人工作贯穿于实习的始终。
Teaching practice is an important part of teacher training andan essential step for students to train themselves in teaching, class management and putting theory into practice. Based on the experience of guiding students in teaching practice, the writer suggests that successful ideological education constitutes one of the preconditions to successful teaching practice.The writer holds that the actual effect of students' teaching and class management work should be taken as a standard for the evaluation of teaching practice, and that teachers as guide in teaching practice should adhere to imparting knowledge and educating people throughout the process of teaching practice in accordance with particular situations.
