摘要
使用高精度传感技术、微机处理技术和大量的定时定位实测数据分析研究工作面顶板压力的动态变化规律.用当日支柱工作阻力实测值反应工作面顶板长度方向(纵向)的压力分布;用连续数日实测数据分析最大压力值的位置及其转移规律;用图形逐日累计方法表示出随着工作面推进方向(横向)的压力变化规律;由动态的直方图评价工作面支护质量;根据支架参数和实测数据计算支护密度、支护强度的动态变化参数.为工作面的顶板支护控制设计提供了依据.
Rules of dynamic change of ground pressure at coal face is studied by using high precision sensing technique, and micro-processor processing of measured data. The working resistance of props measured along the face in a day represents the roof pressure distribution along the length of face. And the measured data obtained in consecutive days are used to determine the location of maximum pressure,and the rule of its migration. Diagram-accumulation method are used to represent change of roof pressure in the direction of face advance. Histograms of dynamic pressure are used to evaluate the quality of face supports. The dynamic changes of support density and support strength are calculated from support parameters and measured data, which provide information for design of face supports.
