摘要
本文分析比较了152个光(温)敏核不育系及广亲和恢复系选育材料的花培效果,结果表明,不同类型材料花培效果不同,广亲和恢复系选育材料优于光(温)敏核不育系选育材料;含 02428血缘材料优于其它广亲和杂合材料;低代光(温)敏核不育材料优于高代光(温)敏核不育系。M8培养基的综合诱导效果优于N6和SK3培养基。短日处理可提高光(温)敏核不育系的绿苗诱导率。02428在花培育种上具有重要应用价值。
The effect of anther culture of 152 breeding progenies materials selected from photoperiod (temperature) sensitive genie male-sterile line (P(T)GMS) and wide compatibility restoring line (WCR) were compared. Difference of the effect of anther culture among the types of various breeding materials was found. The effect of anther culture of WCR cross progenies were better than that of P(T)GMS, and of 02428 cross progenies were better than oilier WCR's.and of P(T)GMS low genera tions were better than their high generations. The comprehensive effect of anther culture induction in M8 medium was better than that in N6 medium and SK3 medium. The green plantlet induction rate of P(T)GMS was enhanced by short day treat ment. 02428(WCV) had important utilization value in breeding of anther culture.
