摘要
以羟基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)低聚物为有机组分,以四乙氧基硅烷(TEOS)为无机原料,用溶胶-凝胶法制备了TEOS-PDMS有机/无机杂交材料。研究了材料的机械性能和动态力学行为。所得材料柔软透明,与纯的溶胶-凝胶玻璃差别很大,拉伸强度0.5~1.0MPa,极限伸长率可达7%,动态力学曲线显示有机物PDMS均匀分散在SiO_2无机网络中,没有出现相分离。
A Sol-Gel process was utilized to produce hybrid materials incorporating polymericcomponent of PDMS with silicon glass. Most of the samples were transparent and flexible,showing mechanical behaviors different considerably from those of pure Sol-Gel giass.Mechanical propertier,of TEOS-PDMS materials were measured.The tensile strength variedfrom 0.5 to 1.0 MPa,with ultimate elongation up to 7%,Results of dynamic mechanic studiesindicated good dispersion of siloxane components within the thme dimensional network andthere was no sign of phase separation。
