摘要
采用程序控温动态分析方法,并辅之以红外分析手段,探讨了不同合成工艺所得聚醚醚酮样品的结构特征.考察了探针分子苯在不同样品上的程序升温解吸(TPD)行为,并与红外分析结果相比较,结果发现:对于不同合成工艺所得的PEEK样品,虽然其红外谱图极为相似.但在分子结构方面仍有一定差异;利用程序控温动态分析方法,可针对这一差异给出有意义的信息,而这些具有理论和实用价值的信息是红外分析方法无法或很难得到的.
The structural characteristics or PEEK synthesized by various processes were investigated by temperature programmed dynamic analysis and IR spectroscopy.The temperature programmed desorption behaviour of benzene as a probe molecule on various PEEK samples was examined and compared with IR results.It can be Shown that the molecular structures of PEEK samples obtained by various processes were different,even though they were almost the same measured by IR. Some theoretic and practical information can be detected by temperature programmed dynamic analysis, while it is impossible or difficult for IR spectroscopy to obtain the valuable data.
