摘要
文中推导出Lewis的第二、第三种情况下.即塔板上液体为活塞流、板间汽相不混合时,具有漏液的汽相Murphree板效率EMV计算式.在没有漏液条件下.分别还原为相应情况下的Lewis推导的板效率计算式.讨论了E.λ0等变量在一定范围条件下EMV,EMV/EMV,β0=0等随漏液率β0的变化关系,以及EMV与表观板效率EMV之间的相互换其.
Equations were derived giving the effect of weeping on the Murphree tray efficiency (EMV) for Lewis' case 2 and 3, when the liquid on the tray is in plug flow and the vapor is unmixed between trays. In the absence or weeping(β0= 0), it can be reduced to the equivalent equations or Lewis. Using the present equations, the. effect of weeping on EMV and EMV/ EMV,β0=0, in addition to the relational expression between and EMV, were discussed.
