摘要
通过双侧颈总动脉不同时间的阻断、再灌流和有无放血等方法的比较,并在脑缺血后进行神经病学评分、自发活动测定和主动回避反应试验,建立了一种新的小鼠脑缺血性学习记忆障碍模型。可以模拟人的脑缺血性痴呆。通过病理检查表明所造成额叶皮层和海马神经元的损伤,可能是学习记忆功能受损害形态学基础。
igation of bilateral carotid arteries in different duration with or
without systemic hypoten-tion was carried on in mice.Then,by using neurological sign
examination,locomotor activity andactive avoidance tests,a new mouse model similar to human
cerebral ischemic dementia was estab-lished,in which general behavior and motor activity kept
normal but learning and memory wasimpaired.Neuropathology showed that these mice had
concrete damage of neurons in frontal cor-tex and hippocampus.
