摘要
应用流式细胞仪检测２２例大肠癌患者外周血淋巴细胞ＩＬ一２受体（ＩＬ一２Ｒ）表达。结果表明：大肠癌患者ＩＬ一２Ｒ表达能力明显低下，低下程度与肿瘤病期早晚有关，而与肿瘤部位无关。早期大肠癌（ＤｕｋｅｓＡ，Ｂ期）ＩＬ一２Ｒ表达基本正常，而中晚期大肠癌（ＤｕｋｅｓＣ，Ｄ期）ＩＬ一２Ｒ表达显著低下。ＩＬ一２Ｒ表达低下可能会削弱肿瘤宿主对ＩＬ一２治疗的反应。
