摘要
在安徽淮北地区潮棕壤白黄土上进行小麦不同施钾水平试验,结果表明:植株中Zn的浓度为叶片>籽粒>根>茎;Fe的浓度为根>叶>茎>籽粒;Mn、Gu浓度为根>叶>籽粒>茎。小麦植株各器官的Zn浓度及根、叶中的Fe、Mn浓度与钾水平呈极显著曲线相关,但Cu浓度与钾水平相关不显著。施KC114kg/亩时,体内各器官的Zn、Mn、Fe、cu的浓度及积累量为最高。小麦在返青拔节——抽穗期对Zn、Mn、Fe、Cu的吸收量一般占全生育期的一半以上。由于施钾水平不同,每生产百公斤籽粒吸收的Zn、Mn、Fe、Cu的量及它们间的比例不同。小麦生产过程中,体内Fe与Zn、Mn浓度,以及Cu与Zn浓度之间均呈显著负相关,而Mn与Zn、Cu浓度之间没有相关性.
Different amount of K was supplemented to the soil of K deficient area of Huai Bei.Theresults showed that the distribution of Zn in plant is leaf>seed>roof>stem,while that of Feand Mn, Cu were root>leaf>stem>seed and root>leaf>seed>stem , respectively. There aresignificabbbnt curilineal correltionships between supplying K and Zn in each organ) Fe ,Mn (inroot and leaf),but no significant correlationship between supplying K and Cu.Whcn 14Kg/muK was supplied, the concentration as well as accumulation of zn,Mn,Fe ,and Cu in the plantwere the highest. At the period between the reviving stage and sprouting stage ,wheat plantconsames half of its absorbable total amount for Zn,Mn,Fe and Cu.
