摘要
为了寻求方便于养猪生产实践的肌纤维直径测定标准向样,本试验对10头皖南花生长猪进行了股二头肌活体取样手术试验,并对50头肥育猪(安庆猪,淮猪,大白×安庆,长白×大白×安庆,大白×长白×淮各10头)作于肥育、胴体、肉质性状测定。其中包括股二头肌的胴体取样和肌纤维直径测定。试验结果表明股二头肌的活体取样技术和胴体取样技术都是可行的。50头肥育猪的股二间肌纤维直径(FDB)与所测的大多数重要性状呈显著相关。由于品种的特异性相关系数的高低随品种而异。安庆猪的FDB与日增重、体长、眼肌面积呈显著相关(分别为0.67,0.76,0.81)。这意味着选择FDB大的猪可能导致较高的日增重、体长和眼肌面积。这种用作选种参考的相关关系使FDB测定可行性具有实用价值。
To find a standardized muscle sample for easy measuring fibre diameter in practical pig production, 10 WannanSpotted growing pigs were operated by means of biopsy sampling of biceps femoris,and 50 growing pigs (Anchen,Huai,Large White×Anchen,Landrace×Large White×Anchen,and Large White×Landrace×Huai, 10 of each ) were tested fortheir finishing traits,carcass traits,and meat quality traits including fibre diameter of biceps femoris (FDB) by means of carcass sampling. The results showed that both biopsy and carcass sampling techniques were feasible. In addition,the FDB ofthe 50 finishers was significantly correlated with most important traits tested,and the correlation coefficients varied withbreeds due to breed specialities. The FDB of Anchen pig was significantly correlated with daily gain, body length,and eyemuscle area (0. 67,0. 76, 0. 81 separately). It implicated that selecting the pigs of higher FDB might result in the pigs ofhigher daily gain,body length and eye muscle area. The implication as a selection reference made the feasibility of FDB testpractically useful.
