摘要
本文介绍了光学读入装置和氧化碲声光偏转器的工作原理,以及OCR对偏转器的扫描频率、扫描线性、光学分辨率、亮度特性和转换效率等的一些技术要求。
This paper presented the principles of optic read-in equipment and PcO2 acou-stooptic deflector, as well as the requirments of scanning frequency, linearity, optic resolution, brightness and inversion efficiency for the deflector in OCR.
