杂交油菜“皖油9号”及其亲本苗期和花期叶片组织内酯酶和过氧化物酶的研究分析 被引量:1

摘要 摄取杂交油菜“皖油9号”及其亲本苗期和花期叶片组织内酯酶和过氧化物酶,经聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析,结果显示:(1)苗期,“皖油9号”体内的酯酶酶谱表现为亲本间特征带的中间型;过氧化物酶酶谱表现为父本显性。(2)花期,“皖油9号”酯酶酶谱则表现与亲本相同;而过氧化物酶酶谱表现为母本显性。(3)从苗期到花期,“皖油9号”的母本不育系酯酶酶谱变化较大,而其过氧化物酶酶谱的一条低分子量特征带较为稳定。据此,我们可用苗期过氧化物酶来鉴定杂交油菜“皖油9号”种子的恢复度。 The esterascs and peroxidases in ledf tissue from hybrid rape Wanyou - 9 and its parents were isolated and electrophresed by polycrylamide gel during the seedling and flower stage. The results showed that the esterase bandu of Wanyou - 9 during the seedling stage were of the middle type of its parents,the peroxidase bands showed male dominance,while the esterase bands of Wanyou- 9 during the flower stage were like its parents',and the peroxidase bands showed female dominance. The esterase bands of female parent differed greatly from the seedling to flower stage, but one peroxidase band appeared stable. It suggested that the seed restoring degree of hybrid rape Wanyou- 9 could be identified with the peroxidase during the seedling stage.
