摘要
本文对24例氟中毒患者的淋巴细胞的姊妹染色单体互换(SCE)频率和微核率进行观察,结果表明氟中毒患者的SCE频率明显高于正常对照组(t检验,P<0.01),说明氟中毒可引起DNA损伤致使SCE频率增加.氟中毒患者的淋巴细胞微核率与正常对照组比较(X2)检验,P<0.01)患者组明显高于对照组,这说明氟中毒也可引起染色体断裂导致染色体畸变.
Sister chromatid exchange(SCE) and micronucleus frequencies of lymphocyte wereexamined in 24 cases of fluorosis.The results show that SCE and micronucleus frequencies of thesick group are obviously higher than health group. t-test show P<0.001 in SCE,and x2-test showP<0.01 in micronucleus. The results suggest that fluorosis may lead to increase in SCE,chromo-some breakage and aberration.
