摘要
为了探讨枸杞茶等延年益寿的机理,开发内蒙古的枸杞资源,用小鼠骨髓微核试验、雄性小鼠生殖细胞染色体畸变试验和沙门氏菌/微粒体系统试验(Ames试验)检测了包头枸杞茶、红宝牌枸杞茶、宁夏枸杞叶和宁夏枸杞子的抗环磷酰胺(CP)致小白鼠骨髓微核率增高、雄性生殖细包染色体畸变和苯并(a)芘诱发TA_(100)标准菌株回复突变作用。结果显示:上述各制剂匀能显著降低CP的致微核作用和减少苯并(a)芘诱发TA_(100)回复突变的菌落数,存在量效关系,有中等强度抑制致实变作用,揭示枸杞茶等制品有抗诱变、防癌抗癌作用。
n order to explore the mechanisms of benefiting
health and prolonging life of lyciumChinese mill tea and other
related products,and to develop lycium Chinese mill products
fromInner Monglia,the antagonistic action of such lycium Chinese mill
products as Baotou lyciumChinese mill tea,Red Treasure brand lycium
Chinese mill tea,Ning Xia lycium chinese milland its leaves was
detected against the increase of the mouse bone marrow micronucleus
rate,male reprodction cell chromosome aberration,induced by
cyclophosphamidum(CP),and theback, nutagenesis of TA_(100) promoted
by benzopyrene(B(a)P) by using the mouse bone mar-row micronucleus
test, male mouse reproduction cell chromosome aberration test and
Amestest. The result showed that all the products tested could
obviously reduce the micronucleus- causing action of CP and the beck
mutagenesis caused by B(a)P,with dose-effect rela-tionship in
existence and with moderate action of depressing mutagenesis. It is
thus indicatedthat lycium Chinese mill tea and other related poucts
have antimutagenic and anticarinogenicaction.
