摘要
采用甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素或褐藻酸钠作为膜材,制得拉伸强度、阻湿性和阻气性皆显著优于糯米纸的可食膜。引入化学交联后制出的交联膜的强度和阻湿性又高于非交联膜。以甲基纤维素为膜材制备的单层膜作支撑底膜,上面涂布长链脂质层形成双层膜的阻湿和阻气性十分突出,并保持入口即化的特性。以交联膜作底膜的双层膜虽具有强阻湿性,但水溶性较差。
The edible films thats are far superior to strach film in tensile strengthes,damprcofs and air permeabilitieS are produced by applying methylic cellulose,carboxylic and methylic cellulose or sodium alginate as film materials.The tensile strengthes and damproofs of the films were further increased by crosslinking. By coating the monolaye films derived from methylic cellulose with long chain and high saturated lipids, bilayer films were prepared and this films have very lower water vapor permeability and air permeability and can be very easly silved in mouth. The bilayer films dervied from crossliking films have strong water vapor permeability but poor air permeability.
