摘要
硅铝铸铁是一种较好的抗腐蚀耐高温的铸铁材料,但脆性较高及熔炼上的困难限制了它的广泛应用,本文从热力学的角度对其脆性机理进行了探讨,认为硅铝铸铁在熔炼时具有较大的吸氧倾向,其含氧量高是性能的重要原因。采用覆盖法熔炼及缩短熔炼时间,可使硅铝铸铁的冲击韧性大为提高。
Silicon-aluminium cast iron is a good material which can resist corrosion and can be used in high temperature. Because of the high brittleness and the difficulty in the process of melting,this material does not get widespread use. This paper researches the brittleness mechanism of the silicon-aluminium cast iron from the angle of thermodynamics. It is believed that the silicon-aluminium cast iron has a strong tendency to absorb oxygen in melting, which is the reason of high brittleness. By using covering material in melting and reducing the time of melting, the toughness can be much improved.
