摘要
用随机点过程模型来处理航空产品现场可修系统的可靠性数据时,存在系统故障修复次数少,数据不齐全的问题.为此,对符合非时齐泊松过程模型的数据作为“修复如新”处理时,所应满足的条件及适用范围作了分析,通过数字仿真对精度的计算,在工程应用中,当系统修复次数小于或等于3时,可将“修复如旧”的系统当作“修复如新”的模型处理,但要注意参数m的影响;对残存比率法应用于可修系统数据处理时的可能性进行了讨论.仿真结果也表明,在处理现场可修数据时,此法可参考使用.
There are problems of very few repair activities and incomplete data when processing thereliability data of field repairable aviation products with the stochastic point process models.The condition should be satisfied and the applicable range of the nonhomogeneous Poissonprocess models data, which are treated as 'good-as-new' data. are analysed, and the possibility of applying the survival ratio method to the data processing for repairable system is discussed. Through precision analyses by means of digital simulation, it shows that in engineering applications. when the repair activities are less or equal to three times, the repairable system of 'good-as-old' can be treated as the model of 'good-as-new'. But when the parameterm is greater than two, the accuracy will be low. It is shown that the survival ratio method canbe used as a referential method to the processing of field data.
