摘要
针对非电产品可靠性评估中选择故障分布模型的问题,提出了研究小样本下用指数分布代替威布尔分布的可行性和可信性.建立了有关评价准则和指标,并用蒙特卡洛仿真得出了统计结果.给出一个工程应用实例.
In view of the issue of choosing the failure distribution model in the reliability estimationof nonelectric products. the feasibility and dependability study on substituting the expenentialdistribution for the Weibull's under the condition of small sample is conducted. The criteriaand figures of evaluation are established, and the statistical result is obtained through MonteCarlo simulation. An example of engineering application is given as well.
