摘要
采用包头2号矿体的重选粗精矿(含Nb2O51.6%~1.8%),用磁化焙烧─磁选,交流等离子冶炼工艺流程,可获得低磷中级铌铁(含铌22%~32%,Nb/P>30),铌收率61.l%.同时获得含铌铁精矿(TFe>60%,Nb2O5~1.0%),流程短效率高而经济。
A new combined magnetizing roasting-separation-smelting process of niobium enrichment from No.2 ore body of Baotou niobium-bearing iron ore has been developed. Using magnetizing roasting-magnetic separation-plasma smelting, a kind of middle grade ferroniobium of 22%~32% Nb and Nb/P>30 has been obtained and total niobium recovery ratio is 61.l%. This combined process has great economical potential because of its shorter flowsheet and more efficient operation.
