摘要
从细胞形态、流式细胞术、-DNA/蛋白质含量及DNA电泳等实验证明,在相当于临床治疗剂量范围内,乐铂对HL-60细胞的杀伤作用主要为诱发白血病细胞的程序化死亡。

plays an important role in tumorigenesis and cancer treatrment.In
this study, we observed the ef-fects of Lobaplatin(a new derivative
of platin family, produced by ASTA, Germany)on HL-60 cells. From
viablecell count, morphology changes, FCM-DNA/Protein dual parameter
analysis and DNA electrophoresis, apoptosiseffect on HL-60 cells
induced by Lobaplatin was dose-and time-dependent. Cells exposed to
20 μg/ml of Lobaplatinfor 24 hours showed a maximum effect. The
dosage was equivalent to that in vivo treatment.
