摘要
本文研究了在CTMAB存在下,对氟代苯基荧光酮与锗的反应。制定了一种简单,高灵敏度和高选择性测定锗的方法。本反应在强酸性介质中进行(1.2mol/L H_2SO_4+0.6mol/LH_3PO_4),络合物的最大吸收位于505nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.5×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。在25ml溶液中,锗量在0~7μg范围内遵守比耳定律。绝大多数金属离子不干扰锗的测定。本法可不经分离而应用于矿物岩石中锗的直接测定。
A simple, highly sensitive and selective spectrophotometric method has been developed for the determination of germanium in a strong acid medium (1.2mol/L H2SO4+ 0.6mol/L H3PO4) using 9-p-fluophenylfluorone (p-F-PF) in the presence of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide. The germanium complex exhibits an absorption maximum at 505 nm, and has a molar absorptivity of 1.50×105 L. mol-1. cm-1. Beer's law is obeyed in the range 0-7μg Ge/25ml, and the method is relatively free from interference from other metal ions. The method can be used to determine trace of germanium in mi-
nerals and ores without prior separation of germanium as tetrachloride.
