摘要
通过Hull Cell试验、小槽电镀、阴极极化曲线、定量分析及生产实践证实;在镀镍溶液中使用NH-F型除铁剂,不但使用方便、操作简单、除铁杂质效果好,而且铁离子在电镀过程中能与镍离子形成共沉积,并获得优良镀层,它是处理铁杂质的有效制剂。
This paper confirms by Hull cell test,electroplating in small bath,cathode polrization curve,quantitative analysis and producing practice:using NH-F removing iron reagent in the solution of nickel plating,not only be convenient to use,be easy to operate,be good results to remove iron,but also codeposit iron and nickel in plating,can gain good plating. Be new technology of removing iron.
