摘要
本文介绍浅埋暗挖法施工技术在北京地铁复兴门折返线工程中的应用.该技术以新奥法原理为基础、结合工程实践,对地层进行注浆加固、正台阶环行开挖、网构拱架支护、施工监测、信息反馈和复合衬砌等一整套施工技术和工艺,在覆跨此为0.7的浅埋大跨度、无胶结、无自稳的砂卵石地层中安全建成,控制了地表沉陷,最大沉陷量不超过30mm,沉陷一时间曲线拐点最大斜率为1/589,地层损失系数为4.13%,本工程为城市修建地铁开辟了一条新路.
This paper describes the application of the boring excavation method in construction of Beijing Metro. The method based on NATM indudes strata grouting, ring bench cut, laftice arch center for support, measure ment feedback, and composite linign. The metro was constructed in cohesionless ground of sand and gravel with 0.7 of overburden/span ratio. Undoubtedly, the construction of Beijing Metro will be helpful for similar engineering in the near future.
