摘要
对1993/1994年青藏高原16幅NOAA积雪监测的分析,评价了NOAA/NESDIS积雪监测数字化的精度,证实本监测区域含50个以上NOAA/NESDIS网格单元时,该资料统计值才能满足WCRP监测雪盖率的精度要求。
NOAA images for monitoring snow cover in the Tibetan Plateau in 1993 / 1994 have been analysed and the accuracy of NOAA / NESDIS digitized snow cover data in this region has been evaluated. It is discovered that if a study area in this region includs over NOAA / NESDIS 50 grids, the statistical value using this digitized data will be satisfied with the accuracy of monitoring snow cover extent (%) provided by WCRP.
