摘要
在获得合适的化学镀Ni-Cu-P工艺的基础上,研究了Ni-Cu-P合金的热稳定性.试验结果表明,铜含量的大量增加会在一定程度上提高镀层的热稳定性.
The operating conditions of the process and properties of the conversion films were studied in detail. The selected accelerator in chromium phosphate bath, which is to be beneficial on the quality, can accelerate the phos-phating reaction and improve the corrosion resistane of the film.
