摘要
介绍Transputer和occam在实时控制工程中的应用概况。着重讨论实时控制问题的特殊本质，Trans-puter和occam的硬软件特点，映射策略以及粒度问题；综述目前Transputer在航空航天、实时仿真、机器人以及卡尔曼滤波中的成功应用例子；给出发展趋势。
The exploitation of the transputer and occam in real-time control engineering is overviewed. The special nature of the application domain, hardware and software features relevant to real-time implementution, mapping strategies and granularity issues are discussed. Some successful applications chosen from aerospace, real-time simulation, robotics and kalman filtering are reviewed. Finally, the suggestions for future development are presented.
